Python Job Details

We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to help us develop a tool for improved planning of secondary materials based on ML. The tool would allow us to estimate more precisely the extent to which secondary materials will be needed for certain components in the future, and therefore under-planning of the materials could be avoided.
You will work on the technical restructuring and further technical development of the application (AWS, Python, SQL) and build AWS-based data pipelines. Moreover, you will develop interactive dashboards to visualize project results, conceptualize and implement tasks in the areas:
  • Data mining, data pre-processing, feature engineering
  • ML modelling to predict material needs
  • Model and data monitoring to evaluate AI forecast performance
  • Prepare software documentation
You will also evaluate, process and communicate the project results:
  • Content Review Codes
  • Prepare and review project-specific documents (presentations, documentation)
  • Content preparation of workshops
Project details:
  • Starting period: 12.09.2022
  • Ending period: 31.12.2022 (Possible extension)
  • Full-time: (5 days/week)
  • Location: Remote/ Berlin (20%)
